Marathon goes back to ancient Greece, when a Greek man runs for miles just to inform the Greeks that the invading Persians were repulsed in a battle known as the Battle of Marathon. Unfortunately, I do not know the exact date it happened, but I can recommend marathon runners to watch this entire video marathon and half marathon training guides. plz contact me through if ur interested ksatriakmal@yahoo.com training.tq marathon

Hello, I wondered, how many times a week could do this and how long each session. It would be good for longer distances such as 15 and 21 km.

Thanks Lauren! I’ll give these a try. I run with a little occasional sprint, and tend to have tight piriformis and bands, which I think is because of the way, so hopefully this will help. Your thoughts?
