Pose running technique training (before and following)

January 12th, 2012

Note that amongst the “before” and grapes “after”, which had been occupied for training about two hours signify the approach via the aspects of the pose, the fall and Pull and realize the notion of the pose (the role of gravity in a lot of marches, muscle-tendon elasticity, muscle mass action, etc) of the exercises, improve information (perception) of a great transfer, the integration of a great action on the motion of running , and so forth, and many others. I experimented with to be far more specific in my explanations of things that occur in the online video. Nonetheless, be aware that the misinterpretation of the composed phrase (which happens frequently), can lead to incorrect conclusions and actions. I really like to “pose” a test, make sure you understand totally what pose is about hunting a minor far more of this one particular -) vine.

@ Cicirunner Hello, No, not necessarely. Less braking forward motion is prevented the need to put extra effort to keep your speed. Check the videos for “Usain Bolt running technique” and “Tirunesh Dibaba, the best technique to run forever” (also on this channel YT). His foot lands very close to the body, but its speed is high and its length coincides with the speed step (determinded by the angle of inclination) perfectly. You can run without injury. Invest and make it happen. Be careful!

I’m a little injury prone, and I suspect that my bad form to blame. I noticed that when the runner had good form, brought her back legs up as a sort of kick in the butt hole. Although you can see the benefits of this form, I do not know how to implement it. When I see it, how do you seem to run slower. When I try it on my own, I feel so damn slow compared to my usual way. So if our feet were supposed to land closer to your body, your stride length is reduced?

Generally, videos like this on youtube are rubbish, this is an exception. Great job, if I were to say one more thing, it would be to work the hip flexors, which seem to have a small range of motion

I searched Google this, and suggested ways to run the heel-toe heel-front so that I am staying with “flat feet”. This video says that to maintain good performance arise, to minimize the impact of the heel and run more than one flat foot pose esencialmente.Que supposed to do? Help is appreciated!

@ Claudioscheuer Do you think you can get my mile time of 5:40 s to mid 4s in a couple of months for the improvement of the technique to raise my legs and get used to it? If I could keep around that usually last for the first round of 4 laps, then I could, but you do not involve running sore.

@ ClaudioscheuerMe increased from about 7:00 to 5:40 s with this technique in a couple of weeks. I also just started running a little over a month, so I’m still in the curve of the beginner, but I realized very quickly improved once I started to use plants yet it seems that my muscles are swollen and I have stop fairly early in the race. I can start a lap around 70 seconds, and click OK in the second, but then there is a slow down a third since my legs can not hold.

from what I know I can land heel first, and never had the heel or leg pain, but recently for a half marathon, exactly at mile 12 I had a strange sort of pinch in his left foot. I’ve never had problems before I met maybe 9 miles max no problem I was confused and have been trying to figure out the cause before Christ if it is a technical issue, then the most likely to occur again around the brand of Miller himself. It could cause this heel landing after a single long term? or a bad attitude in general, fatigue? : /

Running the fan used inside the fan without the air conditioning compressor. That is only the circulation of air in the house without cooling it.

We let our fans to circulate the cooler air from the basement to warmer areas above. I do not know if the air conditioning keeps costs down for sure, but I think so … We block shots from above and block exits downstairs .. so it’s pulling air down and pushing upward. Reversing the process in the winter …
