    Look at the amount of carbohydrate plus Kenyans are eating and how LEAN lol! Even the school teachers a diet high in carbohydrates and fat marathon without training. LOL! “But carbohydrates are fattening, though!” Shit! Its all animal fat people add to the world’s fastest ellos.Corredores eat a high carbohydrate, low fat diet of plant origin. PERIOD.

    I tried to change my running technique to run on the balls of my feet, as in this video and could not run half the distance! I just stick with it and increase my distance in time or continue with my current technique?

    Gee, too bad technique. Please take a look at technical Pose or read the book Born to run, which explains how to run and why the technique in this video is horrible.

    @ Kirbsmeister2Fue difficult for me at first too, as we walk all the time, and when we walked in talones.Tratar jump on their toes and do it slowly, almost like walking.
