Garmin IronCladBen @ 16:55 I started a course USATF certified. Choose a time and then keep pace. Not so fast, not too slow … derecha.Nunca just to run by feel in the flat, always run the pace.

Cut @ Miamiyake that 10k a week or not running and just hit the bike. Hit easy. :) Get on the first night, eating alkaline fruits and vegetables program. Stay hydrated. Enjoy.

Of course, staying hydrated … Common sense applies, of course. You can also get enough calcium? Leg cramps are common if you are deficient. Maybe start a supplement taken after dinner on a regular basis.
