    Thanks was a very nice insigth what the sport is 100 miles. Is it possible to run away with water only, dates and sandwhiches? Being a pharmacist you have probably asked that question many times.

    i am long distance runner I’ve been runnig since I was 4. all I can say is that “S fucking hard to achieve your goal is not something you can learn more about night.there was 136 girls running 11 k. I fucked my knees are the docters want me not to run more but never give up my dream.

    This was extremely cold. I find my school cross country and my friends and I saw this day for practice. I think ultramarathons are very extreme for my level of skill, but I would be willing to test any day!

    @ Aulea1 No, give it a go mate! There will be a reduction in the distance … You must be 18 years to make a proper marathon. But getting the miles under his belt.
