… This is misinformation. when you lean left or right as it is made in the groin / stretching 2ndary Hammy said a stretch of quads and glutes and Hammy and pantorrilla.sólo incorrect information.

Ridiculous. Information from evil and evil. and: bad form, even for what is taught – unless you want to get injured while stretching

I like the small ad at the end there too. “We track experts” – the last time I visited your site, all you had to do to be registered as an expert was to initiate the session, and click the “expert” . There. You are an expert.

I just knew that I would get a lot of misinformation in the village of experts. Can anyone tell me why on earth that was to stretch before running a marathon? If you have muscle tension, this should have been resolved months before the competition. Its too late to worry about this matter of minutes before the race.

Stretching before and aftter is good, but I think the most important thing you lose is that static stretching should be done after warm up. I am a marathon runner, and jumping rope or running in place, etc, 5 to 10 minutes or more to get the heart rate and then stretching. Also spend time after the race to stretch properly. The technique is important, hit the major muscle groups and your body will thank you later.

These sections are wrong! Duck and toes touching the tour extends his leg in the back of the thigh, no … calves! Come on …
