@ Dune571 Could you tell me how you started training for that? I do Muay Thai and Juijitsu and they told me I need to sprint to get my endurance. I can do to MT as 2-3 hours and come back tomorrow and do it again, but for some reason, I will run for 30 minutes and not being able to walk the next day lol. What is different about running?

I disagree. Why do you breathe through your nose? It only takes in 60% of air breathing through the mouth (or something like that).
