@ HotButterOnToast Muay Thai is very intense? It could be just one thing v. aerobic anaerobic. If he can hardly walk the next day, however, seems more muscular pain of the resistance … running (jogging) to emphasize the legs much more than the martial art of some form – could also be where and how it is working. Grass Concrete v., proper footwear, proper stretching (very important), and finally adequate recovery (ice packs).

@ Dune571 Could you tell me how you started training for that? I do Muay Thai and Juijitsu and they told me I need to sprint to get my endurance. I can do to MT as 2-3 hours and come back tomorrow and do it again, but for some reason, I will run for 30 minutes and not being able to walk the next day lol. What is different about running?

@ Tpacemaker2 is a jog … rate, breathing pattern, if you’re really out of shape or just not much of a runner, I guess it would be quite difĂcil.Yo am a sprinter and, although in reality almost never run for any significant length, and when the heating exercises and so no one really thinks about breathing .. I do not know.

I disagree. Why do you breathe through your nose? It only takes in 60% of air breathing through the mouth (or something like that).

But I heard that if you breathe through your nose constantly, will not be able to get enough oxygen to the muscles that need it.
